We are a family of four, with 2 busy teenage boys who need healthy fuel for swimming, hockey and baseball (oh, and that school thing too :). We love to try new restaurants–and visit old favorites. My goal is to share some of our favorite recipes, taste-tested by the boys, and tips for staying on top of the craziness that is food preparation in a busy household.
I guess you could say that we have all become passionate foodies. The boys have learned to be adventurous eaters, and they also know that what they eat has a big influence on how they feel. They may not realize it now, but we also have our own family rituals around food and mealtimes 🙂
