Getting started

Athletic teenage boys can really eat. And eat. And eat.

Thankfully, mine aren’t picky.But keeping them well fed, while on-the-go between sports, is challenging. So is managing my time and budget.

Over the years, I’ve developed my own ‘process’ for doing my weekly grocery list. I love reading food magazines and blogs, learning about in-season ingredients (some show up in our weekly CSA box) and being creatively inspired to try out something new. Many of you have asked me to share my recipes and tips, and this represents my commitment to doing that 🙂

My goal is to share one thing each week, and for those who are really interested–email me ( In exchange for your feedback, I will give you my list of weekly recipes and accompanying grocery list. (Full disclosure: Shameless marketing ploy for a small business idea I have!)
